In our community we have children who do not have adequate nutrition at home over the weekends. Jax Snack Packs was created to fill this void of food insecurity.
Jax Snack Packs are prepared with pre-packaged snacks and canned goods and delivered to the school each week. Any Kitty Stone student that has been referred by their teacher or counselor will receive a snack pack for weekend nourishment.
Volunteers come to the church kitchen each week to assemble the snack packs as a gift of love.
Jax Snacks Packs is currently serving over 100 children weekly.
Donations to Jax Snack Packs may be made to JCOC and marked for Jax Snack Packs.
